Terence Hughes graduated in history from Oxford before joining the BBC as a news and current affairs producer where he was a member of the Panorama team and editor of the Money Programme specialising in business and economic coverage. Having also worked as an executive at ITV, he set up his own independent tv production company and was a consultant to major international companies for the development of business communications and media training. His books have been internationally published and include “ Concorde,” “D-Day_ and “The Battle of the Atlantic”. (co-authored with John Costello.). Terence Hughes’ novel “Queensmate” draws on his extensive research of the Atlantic campaign. Terence Hughes lives in London and is currently working on the development of a First World War exhibition at Saint Omer in Northern France.
